Through our on-line reservation service, you are contracting a tourist accommodation reservation, a service subject to the following conditions:

Specific conditions

The specific data you enter at the time of booking (number of rooms, check-in date, number of nights, etc.) will be available on the generated voucher. General conditions that the customer declares and accepts

This service is directed exclusively to adults of legal age with the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on this website. The user declares that he/she knows and explicitly accepts the present conditions. Upon arrival at the hotel, the user must present the voucher corresponding to his/her on-line reservation at the reception desk. At the moment of booking all the reservations will be charged with the payment of the first night of the stay, the rest will be charged at the hotel.

Cancellation fees

Up to 8 days prior to arrival = free of charge. Cancellations less than 8 days before arrival = 100% cancellation fee of the first night. The total and final calculation of the reservation includes V.A.T. As a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise, rooms may be used from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure. Cancellation of the reservation. The reservation made may be cancelled via e-mail to reservas@beijuanhotels.com always indicating the reference number.

Modification of the reservation.

The reservation made may be modified, at a later time, via email to reservas@beijuanhotels.com always indicating the reference number. The success of the modification will depend on the availability of the hotel at the time of the request. The offers will be valid only during the period set by the BJ Mallorca Hotels on the advertisement, or otherwise, during the time they are accessible to customers for their effective booking.

Customer rights

All the information provided to customers will be binding for the supplier in the destinations established by the consumer protection legislation.

Customer's duties

In the enjoyment of the contracted tourist services, all users have the following obligations:

Pay the price of the contracted services, unless presenting a complaint or claim which will exempt the user from this obligation. Comply with the particular rules of the hotel establishment whose services the user enjoys. Follow the rules of hygiene, education and good manners towards the rest of the users and the staff of the hotel establishment that provides the service. BJ Mallorca Hotels reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate based on the above conditions. The user accepts that the legislation applicable to the operation of this service is the Spanish legislation and submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Balearic Islands for the resolution of conflicts arising from the interpretation and application of this contract.

BJ Mallorca Hotels guarantees the confidentiality of personal data, and will be subject to Spanish regulations regarding the protection of personal data against third parties. The user knows and accepts, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations, that the user’s personal data will be included into a file owned by BJ Mallorca Hotels, in order to proceed with the requested reservation and to carry out an offer of personalized products and services, as well as improve the relationship with its customers. The user has the right of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition of their personal data by sending an email to the address reservas@beijuanhotels.com

Terms of Payment and cancellations

NON-RETURNABLE Immediate payment at the time of booking. In case of cancellations after booking or no-show charges are=100%.

Standard rates:

Cancellation fees: Up to 8 days prior to arrival = free of charge. Cancellations less than 8 days before arrival = 100% cancellation fee of the first night.

Data Privacy

We take care of the privacy of your personal data, which won´t be used if you indicate your wish to do so.

Security in your transaction

When your card is charged (only the rates that are so indicate) at the time of the online reservation, the payment is made by security protocol with the highest standards.

Terms and conditions of the club

The benefits and discounts offered by the BJ Club programme are only valid for bookings made through www.beijuanhotels.com

Offers and discounts advertised on the website cannot be combined with loyalty programme discounts. Programme discounts are applied to the basic rate (flexible and non-refundable).

Beds & Rooms Playamar S.L., Beds & Rooms Pinomar S.L. and Beds & Rooms Bei Juan S.L. will not be responsible for any changes that may be made to the BJ Club programme, including its cancellation. Registration and access to the BJ Club benefits programme implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
